eStatement and eNotices Disclosures

By signing up for eSTATEMENT and/or eNOTICES, you acknowledge that any notification and/or disclosure related to your account, that can be sent electronically will be, and that you will no longer receive those notifications and/or disclosures in paper format. Please read this agreement carefully and consider printing a copy for your records.

In this Agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Wisconsin River Bank. The words “you” and “your” mean the person(s) accessing “eSTATEMENT and/or eNOTICES” which are an electronic form of the periodic paper statements and notices available through Wisconsin River Bank’s Online Banking Service.

You agree to the following provisions regarding eSTATEMENT and eNOTICE DISCLOSURES received from Wisconsin River Bank:

Your Consent:

By giving your consent, you agree to receive eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES in lieu of periodic paper statements for all accounts you elect to enroll in Wisconsin River Bank’s Online Banking eSTATEMENT and/or eNOTICE Delivery Service. If you do not consent to receiving eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES, you should not proceed with your enrollment for the eSTATEMENT service.

For multi-party accounts, consent or withdrawal of consent to receive electronic disclosures, records, or other information by any authorized party to the account will be effective for all account holders.

With this consent, you also agree to receive in electronic form of any communication normally provided in the paper periodic statements, including contract change in terms, Privacy Policy notification and other notices that may be required by law.

How to get your eSTATEMENTS:

You will be notified by e-mail that your eSTATEMENT is available to view. It is your responsibility to review each statement provided through online banking.

By providing an email address you authorize Wisconsin River Bank to send requested information to that email address. You are responsible for the security of your email account. The Bank will continue to send eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES to the email address provided until otherwise notified by an authorized account holder.

If you need a paper copy of your eSTATEMENT, you may choose to print it yourself or request that we mail you a copy. To request a paper copy please contact us at 608-643-6300. We may charge you a special statement copy fee for the paper copy.

Your responsibility to notify us regarding errors, irregularities or unauthorized access:
You must promptly review your eSTATEMENT and any accompanying items. Notify us immediately of any suspected error, alteration, or other irregularity with your eSTATEMENT, with your account, including any unauthorized access. Contacting us immediately at 608-643-6300 is the best way to keep your losses down. In addition, you must also notify us in writing to preserve your rights. Notification of suspected errors, alterations, or other irregularity within your eSTATEMENT must be given within sixty 60-calendar days of the eSTATEMENT in which the suspect item appears. This period begins on the eSTATEMENT e-mail notification date, regardless of when you access and/or review your eSTATEMENT.

Withdrawal of consent:

You may withdraw your consent for eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES at any time by contacting us at 608-643-6300. At our option, we may treat an invalid e-mail address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid e-mail address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive E-Statements. If you withdraw your consent, we will begin sending you paper periodic statements. Withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period to process your withdrawal.

Contact Information:

You are responsible for notifying us of any e-mail address changes. Notification of any e-mail changes should be received ten (10) days before the end of your normal statement cycle. You can notify us by accessing Wisconsin River Bank’s Webpage at www.wisconsinriverbank.com, selecting the “Contact Us” button and completing the required information. You may also contact us at 608-643-6300.

Restarting electronic statements after your withdrawal of consent:

If you want to receive eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES again after you have withdrawn your consent for eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES, you must complete the consent process again and reconfirm your ability to access eSTATEMENTS and/or eNOTICES.

Hardware and Software requirements:

To be able to use the Wisconsin River Bank Internet Banking System, you must obtain your own personal computer (a “PC”) with a modem and related equipment (the “Hardware”). In addition, you will need a printer if you wish to print out and retain records on paper, and an electronic storage device if you wish to retain records in electronic form. You must also provide the type of telephone service and internet access required by the Hardware and/or Software. Once the Hardware has been properly connected to the telephone service, and any required internet access has been established, you will be able to access the Wisconsin River Bank site. You are and will remain solely responsible for the purchase, hookup, installation, loading, operation and maintenance of the Hardware, Software, telephone service and the internet access service to your PC, and for all related costs. You are solely responsible for scanning the Hardware and Software for computer viruses and other related problems before you use them.

Browser Security:

The encryption system used by Wisconsin River Bank’s electronic banking system is a Secure Socket Layer system that supports 128-bit encryption. In order to use Wisconsin River Bank’s Internet Banking you must have the Hardware and/or Software to support 128-bit encryption. Internet Banking provides links for you to upgrade your browser.
